You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
All purchases of personalised items or custom orders items are final, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds (except if they are faulty).
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these shipping costs are non refundable (unless the item is faulty).
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' otherwise customs charges could be incurred which will be deducted from your refund.
We will happily arrange an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us why you would like to exchange and which product you would like instead. The return shipping cost and the re-sending cost will be at the customer’s charge.
Please note that personalised items or custom orders can't be exchanged.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Most of our bags and accessories are made to order so please do allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
We offer free shipping to UK address on all orders over £75 via Royal Mail (1st class signed for) or Hermes. All other orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of £5.
For European and International customers, we send our parcels using Royal Mail international tracked service and there is a flat rate shipping fee of £10.
Please do note that international customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
